Reservations should be made through the eco garden farm website (www.ecojardim.net/reservas), or by telephone at (73) 999833 0646 or by e-mail at reservas@ecojardim.net.

The definitive confirmation of the reservation occurs with the deposit of 50% of the total value of the daily reserved, by means of a bank deposit with a term of 1 working day after the reservation or payment by credit card, which can be divided into up to 3 installments without interest. Valid for reservations with a value exceeding R$400.00. It is necessary to request at the time of reservation. (Flags: Visa / Mastercard / Ello).

The proof of payment or bank deposit will be sent by e-mail (reservas@ecojardim.net) or via whatsapp to the number (73) 999833 0646. And, when the payment is made by credit card, the proof of payment will be immediate. It is up to the guest to pay the reservation fee within the stipulated period, under penalty of cancellation.

Payment of the following charges: Sustainable Tourism Fee: R$ 2.00 per accommodation, per stay (Municipal Law No. 3.461/2015).
Fee of 10% of service, according to collective agreement June/2016.
The rest of the daily rates must be paid at check-in cash or credit or debit card (Flags: Visa, Mastercard or Ello).
All prices are subject to change, except for reservations already confirmed.
Reservations subject to availability. In some periods, holidays, events or special dates a minimum amount of daily rates may be required.

Rates and reservations by any other website than the Farm's official (www.ecojardim.net) or by any means of communication and people not hired by Eco Jardim Farm may be out of date and are not considered for booking. Always consult the official tariff www.ecojardim.net before making your reservation and be sure of the correct amount.
We accept pets. However, you must register your pets via email before making a final reservation.

Conditions and Policy for children: Free of charge for 1 child from 0 to 2 years in the parents' flat. A cot can be made available in the flat on request free of charge. It is necessary to include the child when making the reservation and to inform his/her age in the observation field.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

It is stipulated that the check-in time is from 14hrs (starts), and the check-out time is until 12hrs (ends).

In case of delay in the check-out, the guest will be responsible for the losses incurred on his account, and may be charged a daily fee.

Late check-out policy: subject to the availability of the Pousada, with an increase in the value of the daily rate.

It is forbidden to smoke in the internal premises of the inn, according to Law No. 12.546/2011, if the smell of cigarettes is perceived during the storage of the room including the balcony area, will be charged the value of a daily rate.

Finally, any reservation made at Fazenda Eco Jardim is subject to the conditions specified herein and the making of a reservation implies recognition and acceptance of these rules.

Early booking is a commitment between the parties and a breach by one of them will result in fines for the other. The guest paying the reservation fee is aware of and accepts all the terms of the reservation policy of Fazenda Eco Jardim.
