Villa do Vale Boutique Hotel will keep your personal data for the period considered necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which they were collected or for others that are properly and justifiably related to those in the framework of our institutional mission.

Once the purpose has been fulfilled, your data will be stored in accordance with the legislation in force. And soon afterwards, eliminated from our database.

We may also preserve your data for a longer period if there is a legal obligation to do so.

Should you wish to delete any information, this is possible. We will only observe the legal storage period. If there is no legal term or legal basis for the retention of data, we will delete it within 15 days of your request.

We have implemented internal training for all employees on how to handle and process customer data and information flowcharts so that no security incidents occur.

We store most data in the cloud, which is encrypted for effective security.
